  • Senior Algorithm Engineer/Expert

    Work Location:

    Shanghai

     

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and optimize algorithms for brain-computer interface (BCI) signal processing, decoding, and analysis;
    2. Explore cutting-edge algorithm technologies in alignment with the company’s products, with a focus on understanding domain-specific algorithms and translating research innovations into engineering applications;
    3. Conduct literature reviews and stay abreast of the latest advances and emerging trends in BCI algorithms.

     

    Job Requirements:

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Communication, Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering, and Mathematics. Solid foundation in mathematics and computer programming;
    2. More than 3 years of experience in algorithm development and practical experience in algorithm implementation. Capable of independently managing the full algorithm development lifecycle, including literature review, algorithm design, optimization, evaluation, service deployment, and product maintenance.
    3. Proficient in the basic principles of neural networks and the use of machine learning frameworks, with experience in implementing custom GPU operators preferred;
    4. Master at least one object-oriented programming language, understand the concept of object lifecycle, and be able to assist in guiding the overall system design from an algorithmic perspective.
    5. Proficiency in at least one mathematical computing software/tool and the ability to develop and maintain a personal toolkit for algorithm development;

  • Director of Product (BCI & Neurophysiology/Electrostimulation)

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Oversee the entire product line of Class III active implantable brain-computer interface and neurophysiological products, lead the implementation of product strategy and roadmap, manage the full product lifecycle, and be responsible for the commercial value and technological leadership of the product line.
    2. Leveraging a background in hardware and electronic R&D, lead the design of the core technical architecture and key decision-making for products, overcome technical difficulties in hardware and electronics, balance technology, performance, cost and clinical needs, and promote the implementation of product innovation.
    3. Conduct research on global markets and clinical needs, translate them into product strategies and technical specifications, lead major project initiations, and formulate market positioning and differentiated competition strategies.
    4. Master the relevant technical principles, collaborate with the R&D team to advance product development, and oversee R&D progress, quality and compliance.

    2. More than 5 years of experience in medical device product management, more than 2 years of experience as a Product Director/Senior Product Manager, and experience in full lifecycle management of related products is preferred.
    3. Proficient in the hardware and electronic R&D of Class III active implantable medical devices, capable of independently leading technical decisions and solving core technical challenges.
    4. Proficient in global medical device access regulations and prior experience in successful registration of Class III active implantable products is preferred.
    5. Possess strong market insight and business acumen, be able to formulate product strategies by combining technology and market, and accelerate product commercialization.

  • Medical Device R&D Management

    1. Participate in the project initiation of brain-computer interface and neuroelectrophysiology products, and provide comments on the commercial feasibility evaluation of the products.
    2. Research target customers and clinical scenarios, translate user needs into product requirements and technical specifications, lead key development decisions, and balance technical feasibility, user experience, project cycle and costs.
    3. Proficient in the technical principles and solution design of brain-computer interface electrical stimulation, and familiar with the key points in the development of implantable/interventional neurophysiological devices.
    4. Have an in-depth grasp of the regulatory requirements of NMPA, FDA, CE and others, and provide key inputs for the registration pathway and compliance design of implantable/interventional neurophysiological devices.
    5. Collaborate with the clinical team to support the design of clinical trial protocols, the conduct of research projects and the implementation of clinical validation.

    Job Requirements:

    1. Master’s degree or above, with a major in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Medicine, Basic Medicine, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Science or other related fields is preferred.
    2. 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager for Class III medical devices, with experience in products related to neurosurgery, neurophysiology, brain-computer interfaces, and electrical stimulation is preferred.
    3. Familiar with the full life cycle management of medical devices, and proficient in market access regulations and registration pathways such as NMPA/FDA/CE.

  • Medical Product Project Manager

    Job Responsibilities:

    Take charge of end-to-end activities throughout the full-product-lifecycle of new medical products, from project initiation to post-market maintenance:
    1、Develop project plans; organize project teams to break down work packages and execute tasks during product development.

  • Procurement Manager (Medical Device Focus)

    1、Oversee material procurement and supplier management across R&D and production of Class-III medical devices. Manage supplier qualification, sample procurement and BOM cost control.
